Ordering was uncomplicated. They shipped very quickly. (I really wasn’t expecting them so quickly)
They were packed VERY WELL. In sturdy boxes.
I have prior experience hanging blinds, so for me, install was quick and easy. All parts were accounted for. I ordered my Aspen 2” Faux with tape. The overall quality is, again, more than I was expecting. They look like top-of-the-line blinds. The tilt and draw cord pills (I chose cords and no wand) are a little sluggish and feel as if they grab a bit during adjustment. I won’t be lifting them, and will occasionally tilt the louvers for light.
I did have a mechanical issue with one of my four blinds’ tilt mechanism,but Shannon at customer service helped to resolve it by sending some videos to help resolve, via email.
Overall, I am extremely pleased about my product investment at Blind Chalet.

These shades are beautiful and a great price (bought Snow White). We have similar Levolor shades and couldn't even get close to the price on Blinds Chalet trying to custom order the size. We saved $50 per shade by ordering from Blinds Chalet instead of Levolor, and you can't tell the difference. We installed the shades on 3 of our doors that have windows only on the top half, and these look beautiful.

The only thing I might mention is that if you want to install the bracket to lock the shades in place, be careful if your window on the door has a frame or lip around it. Ours does and therefore the shade wasn't close enough to the door to lock into the bracket. So the blinds do move around when we open and close the doors, but we would have had that problem with any installation of any blinds. Overall, love the product and price!

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
